StatusGo is not a mood diary: the unit of measurement is the person, not the day. When something lands, you log it in three taps: what you felt, how strong it was (1 to 5), and who it was about. Over time the patterns show who tends to lift you up and who tends to wear you down.
There are eight built-in impacts, four positive and four negative, the same for everyone so measurements stay comparable. Positive and negative impact are tallied separately rather than collapsed into one net score, and each person lands on a map with four quadrants: energizing, volatile, flat or draining.
Each tap's charge is snapshotted onto the log when it is written, so retuning an impact later never rewrites past scoring. The map uses per-active-day averages, so it reflects what someone is like rather than how often you see them, and every screen computes from the same raw logs so the map, ratios and person detail always agree for the same range.
With an Oura Ring connected, StatusGo lines up overnight HRV against the people you log, so you can see whether your body was already showing stress or calm around someone. The analysis only reports metrics that Oura's nightly data can actually support.
