Every job carries its own ledger: what was agreed, what has been billed, what it has cost. Change orders join the contract the moment the client approves them, so the number on the screen is the real number.
Send a proposal link and the client reads the whole document and signs with a finger. The signature is recorded with the time, the signer, and a fingerprint of the exact agreement, so what was signed can always be proven.
Jobsite mode gives the crew what matters in the field: today's work orders, photos filed straight to the job, hours logged where the work happened. Photos taken with no signal wait and upload when the signal returns.
